Customers are shown as anonymous references — we never share their identity or contact details with anyone, including you. Paid is what the customer was charged. Commission base is the plan's list price, which is what your rate is applied to, so a discounted sale still earns you the full rate.
You earn on a referred customer's first payment only, once per customer.
